Who you are
Victor is our founding engineer — we’re growing the team and want to meet exceptional engineers who want to build, not maintain. You have shipped real production systems and move fluidly across the stack. You lean into the use of AI and are eager to apply it in a high-impact domain. You are drawn to the messiness of a complex, regulated services business rather than put off by it.
What you’ll do
Build the core of Jay’s operating system alongside the founding team — the intake, drafting, matter management, scheduling, billing, and client-communication workflows that Jay Law and our partner attorneys run on. Own features end to end, from data model to interface. Work directly with attorneys to ensure the software serves them and their clients.
Why now
This is one of the first engineering hires at Jay. You will help set the technical foundation, the culture, and the bar for everything we build after — and your work will reach attorneys and clients almost immediately.
